Lively Vitamin Co. offers free shipping for all purchase orders within the continental United States — no minimum purchase amount required!
After you place your order, it will take between 12-24 hours for our team to process it and get it out the door. Shipping times will vary according to your location, but most shipments within the continental USA arrive within 3-5 business days. (Keep in mind that this timeframe does not account for holidays, inclement weather, backorders, or general postal service issues.)

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do! If you’d like to expedite your shipment, please contact our team directly at email@example.com. You will need to cover the expedited shipment fees.
What if my package arrives damaged?
What a bummer! If your shipment is damaged in transit, get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll race to get out a replacement shipment to you or a credit — whichever you prefer.
I’m unhappy with my purchase. Do you offer free return shipping?
Yes, we do. We stand behind all of our products, all the time. We understand that what works for someone else, may not be the best fit for you. What works great for you, may not work for someone else. This is normal — the human body is complex!
If you discover that something you ordered isn’t working out, just let us know. We’ll cover the cost of returning that product and happily help you look for something that better suits your needs. You can take a look at our return policy here.
Do you ship to U.S. Territories and Military Bases?
Yes, we do. However, please note that you are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and consuming CBD is legal or allowable in your place of residence. Customers outside the continental U.S., including states outside the continental U.S. (Alaska or Hawaii), may experience longer shipping times. Deliveries to U.S. territories or to active military bases should allow for additional shipping time as well.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally — yet!
I have special shipping requests. Who should I contact?
If you’ve got special shipping needs, reach out to us directly at email@example.com for assistance. Please allow 24 hours for a response during the week and 48 hours on the weekends. We’re normal people, and we like to take time off on weekends to spend time with our families, catch up on household chores, and, of course, sleep in late on Saturdays.
I ordered an item that’s on backorder. What now?
We do our best to keep backorders from happening, but issues with supply or unforeseen problems do sometimes arise. We are generally able to ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of the order being placed. Backordered items will ship separately and as soon as we receive them in the store.
