We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases! If this doesn’t happen, we happily accept returns and exchanges. We understand that what works for some of us, won’t work for others. So, if what you’ve tried didn’t work out for you, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Here are our Return Policy Guidelines:
- Unopened Merchandise. All unopened merchandise will receive a full refund to the card with which they purchased their products, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unopened merchandise will receive a Lively Vitamin Co. account credit, up until 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, returns will not be accepted.
- Opened Merchandise. All opened merchandise will receive a Lively Vitamin Co. account credit within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, all opened merchandise is non-refundable.

When will I see my refund in my credit card account?
From the time of the return request (or receipt of your returned shipment), it will typically take between 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. (This could be longer, depending on the bank you use. Some banks take significantly longer than others — we have no control over this aspect of the return process!)
How will you provide credit?
We will apply a credit to your Lively Vitamin Co. account, to be used when and how you like.
I received a damaged, defective, or broken item. What now?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a replacement right away.
